A teacher, born on the 8th of February 1975, in Covilhã, Serra da Estrela.
He graduated in Communication Design from ESAD.CR.
He started his career in Lisbon where he collaborated with advertising agencies working with brands such as Nestlé, Ceres and Compal. He also coordinated the creative department of the communication agency Zook in Leiria. He acquired his experience by working in transversal business areas such as SPAL porcelain, the IBIS hotel chain, the Óbidos Municipality, or technological and industrial companies such as MOM or the Grupo Meneses. Also in his portfolio are architecture offices and law firms such as PLMJ or FCB&A. As an art director he developed various branding solutions in real estate, particularly for the enterprises Hillside, Greenview and Open Residence of the promoter Vigolarte. He also collaborated with Midlandcom, in Leiria, working with brands such as LaRedoute, BPP, ERC, Multi Development, LN Group, among others. He collaborated in the implementation of the various media of the LeiriaPolis program. He created the brand OZ Energia of António Champalimaud, through the Gestmin Group. He developed the rebranding of Ergoestudo in Leiria. He developed some communication pieces for ROCA.
He also collaborated with Amorim Cork Composites for whom he created the Corkwall brand and he is developing the communication line of AcoustikCork. He developed the visual universe of the SAMP and Concerts for Babies brands of Paulo Lameiro, in Leiria. He was, up until this year, the creative director of Mago, a communication agency in Leiria where he developed different communication projects: naming, visual identity, campaigns, editorial, web, etc.
He saw his work recognized in the invitation that was made to him by ESAD.CR, the superior school of arts and design where he has been teaching Graphic Design Project since 2008. He was recently awarded with the 1st prize Carranca Redondo (the “father” of Licor Beirão). He had already won 1st prize in Nestlé’s Portuguese Kit-kat competition. He also won 2nd prize in the National Competition for ANJE – the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs’ visual identity.
